Caleb has over 10 years of experience leading multi-cultural leadership teams from start-ups to mature campuses across a range of curriculums. For Caleb, a good education requires an inclusive culture and should be holistic. It should also incorporate values, 21C skills, technology, service, and a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities.

Catriona Treanor
Catriona is a passionate and dynamic educator and leader with a strong commitment to fostering collaborative learning environments that support student success in their chosen pathway. With a deep belief in the importance of holistic, student-centred education, she prioritises the social and emotional well-being of every learner. Catriona is dedicated to equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and values needed to thrive as compassionate, responsible global citizens in our rapidly evolving world.
Catriona began her career studying and teaching in the United Kingdom. With over 13 years of teaching and leadership experience, she has led academic and pastoral teams in China and, most recently, Singapore. Catriona is joining ISHCMC as Secondary Vice Principal in August 2025.

Larry Huynh
Larry joins the ISHCMC community as Dean of Students (6-8) in July 2024. Before joining, he has served in several middle leadership positions, most recently as Head of House. Larry is excited about his new role in developing students within the encouraging and supportive environment of the Secondary School. He has a particular interest in creating opportunities for student growth through mentoring, student-led initiatives, and collaborative practice amongst staff focusing on student engagement. Larry enjoys food, history, and judo. He looks forward to welcoming the Grade 6s, engaging with the plethora of co-curricular events at ISHCMC, and seeing many individual and House achievements throughout the school year.

Dexter Sinclair
Dexter is a Language Acquisition teacher specializing in Spanish. He comes to ISHCMC after having taught previously in IB schools in the UAE and China and teaching experience in the UK, Spain, and Argentina. He believes in the importance of an internationally-focused holistic education to help students succeed inside and outside of the classroom.

Simon Scoones
Simon remains passionate about teaching and learning, both in a classroom setting and beyond. He has a strong belief in the value of student-centred approaches to learning and the international school context to prepare our students as the global citizens of the future. Thanks to his previous role as a PGCE tutor at the Institute of Education/University College London, Simon also enjoys the challenge of supporting colleagues in developing innovative, diverse and engaging learning activities.

Laney Rweyemamu
Student-centered teaching and learning is at the core of Laney’s educational philosophy. Laney works to ensure that the voice of each student is heard so that all stakeholders can work collectively to harness each students’ academic and personal potential, and create a path for their future endeavors. This is done through active listening and participation in collective decision-making, by fostering healthy relationships built on open communication, feedback and goal setting, and by allowing students to take ownership over their own learning.

Victoria Aldus
Victoria Aldus is excited to join the ISHCMC community as the Secondary school DSL and PHE teacher. She is originally from bonnie Scotland, and has held teaching and leadership roles for the last 14 years in the UK, UAE and Vietnam! As a recent Vice Principal and Athletics Director, Victoria is passionate about contributing to a vibrant school environment enhancing culture to create a truly inclusive community. Victoria prioritizes empathy, empowerment, and active engagement for all members of the community and is committed to being a life-long learner. Victoria is thrilled to be joining the ISHCMC community with her Husband Joe, who will be working in the primary school and their 4 month old son, Theo.

Oliver Drishila
As a 21st century facilitator, Drishila truly believe in the three unique codes of life, “Learn, Unlearn and Re- Learn. When she look backs in life , she wants to make sure she has lived up to her values of Integrity. Hayley Edge
Ms. Hayley Edge is excited to join ISHCMC as an IB Business teacher and the Grade 7 Leader. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role as Head of Secondary at an international school in China, Ms. Edge is passionate about fostering student wellbeing, and dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Ms. Edge originally from England, enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her wife and almost 2-year-old son, both of whom be also be joining the ISHCMC community. Ms. Edge looks forward to contributing to the school and connecting with students, parents, and colleagues.

Van Anh Ha
Anh is a huge fan of Inquiry of Learning Cycle, Positive Education and Emotional Intelligence. In her classrooms, Anh creates a safe learning environment and plays a role of facilitator to help her students to drive their own learning journey so that they can be at their best. She also believes that it takes a collective effort to support a child. Therefore, she will proactively reach out to her colleagues to ask for support as needed. To see her students grow academically and personally is the best gift in her professional career.

Thomas Pettifor
Tom is a passionate Mathematician who enjoys exploring new concepts and ideas. He is particularly interested in Complex Analysis and Mathematical Biology. Aftr graduating with a masters degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, Tom spent two years teaching in Wales followed by seven years of teaching in South Korea before arriving in Vietnam. Tom likes to play sports in his free time, especially basketball and volleyball.

Cullen Lockwood
Cullen is an enthusiastic musician and educator committed to the growth of a student-centered music program. He facilitates relevant musical experiences to help students develop their musicianship and skills as individual musicians and within collaborative ensembles. Cullen is passionate about inclusive environments where all students feel safe, take risks, have a voice, and are able to access learning in their way. Cullen is a classically trained singer and pianist with a particular fondness for German Lieder and vocal literature.
