HEAD OF SCHOOL
Marco Longmore
Marco joined ISHCMC as the Head of School in January 2025. Prior to that, he was Head of School at fellow Cognita school, Stamford American School, Hong Kong. He was also the Founding Head of College at Fettes College Guangzhou and has led the partnership between Fettes College, a leading UK independent school, and Bright Scholar Education Group, China’s largest K-12 school private schooling provider, in their first joint venture opening.

Marco brings over 30 years of international teaching and leadership experience, having served at six leading Headmasters and Headmistresses Conference (HMC) Schools across the UK, Dubai, and China establishing and leading some of the most prestigious schools within the UK and international independent education. Marco is looking forward to bringing the school forward on a continued path of development and growth, encapsulating both his experience and the great foundations of the school.
DEPUTY HEAD OF SCHOOL
Tosca Killoran
Dr. Tosca Killoran is Deputy Head of School at ISHCMC and Head of School Improvement for Cognita in Southeast Asia and India. A Canadian and British educator, she brings more than 20 years of experience across Asia, Europe and North America.
Tosca has worked as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, learning designer, principal and senior school leader. Her work focuses on strengthening teaching and learning, developing leaders and creating the conditions for students, educators and communities to thrive.
She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership and an MBA. Tosca is also an author, researcher and international speaker with interests in equity, global citizenship, technology and the changing nature of education.
DEPUTY HEAD OF SCHOOL
Jennifer Pratt
Originally from a small town in Ontario, Canada, Jennifer Pratt brings more than 23 years of experience in international education. Her career has taken her to schools across England, Kenya, Finland, China, and Vietnam, where she has worked with diverse international communities and developed extensive experience in educational leadership.

Jennifer has a longstanding connection to the ISHCMC community, having previously spent 10 successful years at ISHCMC-American Academy. She joined ISHCMC in 2026 as Deputy Head of School, bringing a deep understanding of international education and a strong commitment to student-centered learning, educational excellence, and community connection.

As ISHCMC’s Deputy Head of School, Jennifer works closely with students, families, faculty, and school leaders to support an inclusive learning environment in which every student is known, supported, and empowered to thrive.
PRIMARY PRINCIPAL
Kate Grant
Kate Grant is a dedicated and passionate educator with over 40 years of experience in diverse international contexts, including New Zealand, Bhutan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Paris (France), and Vietnam. Her extensive career has been shaped by her unwavering commitment to creating inclusive, student-centered environments where every child feels valued and supported.

Kate’s love for collaboration is at the heart of her work. Her belief in the power of teamwork ensures that teachers, staff, and students are all working together to create a vibrant and engaging educational environment.

Kate’s global teaching experience has enriched her understanding of different cultures and educational systems, and she continues to bring a fresh, open-minded approach to each new environment she encounters. Despite her extensive experience, Kate remains a learner, always eager to embrace new ideas that benefit her students and peers alike.
MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Anthony Mulson
Originally from Michigan in the United States, Anthony brings more than a decade of leadership experience across IB, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), Advanced Level (A-Levels), and U.S. curricula.
He has spent the past twelve years in Shanghai, China, serving as Director of Teaching and Learning at YK Pao Middle School and most recently as Assistant Head at Dulwich International High School Suzhou, where he also earned his National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) qualification.
He is particularly passionate about the middle years and about building cultures of achievement grounded in character, community, and confidence.
HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Kohulan Jeganathan
A University of Toronto graduate, Kohulan brings extensive international experience and a strong commitment to the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy.
He has served as International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator, Deputy Head of Secondary, and Deputy Head Academic, with leadership experience in Bogotá, Colombia and most recently ten years in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
He is passionate about inclusive, student-centered learning and supporting students to grow as compassionate, global-minded young people. Kohulan will be joining ISHCMC with his wife, an educator specializing in Korean and English as an Additional Language (EAL) and their two young children.
PARENT EXPERIENCE & ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR
Sam Diamond
Sam joins ISHCMC as a highly experienced marketing and growth leader, bringing over 20 years of international experience across education, digital platforms, and global brands.
He has held senior leadership roles in leading organizations, including the British International School Cairo and Brighton College Bangkok. His career also includes a distinguished background with global brands and digital platforms, including Nestlé, Sainsbury’s, Sky Sports, Gumtree, and ClearScore.

At ISHCMC, Sam will oversee the full admissions cycle and lead the highly personalized parent experience. As a key ambassador for the ISHCMC brand, he will ensure consistency across all communications and marketing channels, while strengthening community engagement and advocacy among our families.
DIRECTOR OF STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Dr Hana Adams PsyD., LMFT
Hana has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and has worked in internationals here in Vietnam and in Singapore. Hana's clinical qualifications assist her to see the systemic nature of academic, personal and social concerns a student may face both in and out of school. She believes strongly in the need for collaboration between school and families to ensure students receive holistic support to be successful.

Hana has had many roles in the field of mental health as an in-home family worker through child protective services, a health coach, a marriage and family therapist, an adjunct professor, a clinical psychologist and a counselor. She is an American Psychological Association Minority Fellowship Psychology Summer Institute Fellow, a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and an Application Reviewer for the Predoctoral Fellowship in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (MHSAS).
