HEAD OF SCHOOL

Marco Longmore
Marco joined ISHCMC as the Head of School in January 2025. Prior to that, he was Head of School at fellow Cognita school, Stamford American School, Hong Kong. He was also the Founding Head of College at Fettes College Guangzhou and has led the partnership between Fettes College, a leading UK independent school, and Bright Scholar Education Group, China’s largest K-12 school private schooling provider, in their first joint venture opening.

Marco brings over 30 years of international teaching and leadership experience, having served at six leading Headmasters and Headmistresses Conference (HMC) Schools across the UK, Dubai, and China establishing and leading some of the most prestigious schools within the UK and international independent education. Marco is looking forward to bringing the school forward on a continued path of development and growth, encapsulating both his experience and the great foundations of the school.

Tosca Killoran
Dr. Tosca Killoran has been an educator in the IB international community in Asia, Europe and North America since 2000. Beyond her educational leadership, Tosca acts as a consultant to international schools as well as a presenter and keynote speaker at conferences and professional development sessions.
Tosca’s published research focuses on innovation and equity in education. She co-founded ED-ucation Publishing, founded TEDxYouth@BIS, TEDxYouth@NIST, and TEDxYouth@Jingshan in order to give a voice to #youthchangemakers. Her passions are global citizenship, equity in education, and providing opportunities for diverse communities to connect. She is an Amazon bestseller author of children’s books, a website designer and app creative director. Kate Grant
Kate Grant is a dedicated and passionate educator with over 40 years of experience in diverse international contexts, including New Zealand, Bhutan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Paris (France), and Vietnam. Her extensive career has been shaped by her unwavering commitment to creating inclusive, student-centered environments where every child feels valued and supported.
Kate’s love for collaboration is at the heart of her work. Her belief in the power of teamwork ensures that teachers, staff, and students are all working together to create a vibrant and engaging educational environment.
Kate’s global teaching experience has enriched her understanding of different cultures and educational systems, and she continues to bring a fresh, open-minded approach to each new environment she encounters. Despite her extensive experience, Kate remains a learner, always eager to embrace new ideas that benefit her students and peers alike.
DIRECTOR OF STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Dr Hana Adams PsyD., LMFT
Hana has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and has worked in internationals here in Vietnam and in Singapore. Hana's clinical qualifications assist her to see the systemic nature of academic, personal and social concerns a student may face both in and out of school. She believes strongly in the need for collaboration between school and families to ensure students receive holistic support to be successful.
