Mindfulness and Confidence

Hello again, mindful people!

Usually our brain’s paths are paved with self-doubt. It is a quite common human experience. We tend to believe all of those ideas we have been told about us. Sometimes those ideas are accurate and many times they can be wrong. The brain does not know the difference.

Through mindfulness we can change those brain paths to more self-loving, self-assuring and trusting ones. Paths that help us trust who we really are and our value as human beings. It is not an easy journey because we will have to face our deepest fears. But trust me, it is a journey worth taking.

Confidence in this newsletter is referring as well to trusting the process, trusting that we are exactly where we need to be. Our lives are filled with gifts and even when this gift is disguised in pain, fear and unknown, it will take us back to ourselves. It will reflect the immense love within us and all of the answers we need to live your life fully.
