One step close to becoming an Eco-school: Saigon Paper Mill- Mold and Deckle making

As Saigon Paper Mill has fully transitioned to campus-based, we are aiming for higher productivity and efficiency.

To achieve this goal, we have to gather sufficient materials with the least impact on the environment. Therefore, we choose to design the mold and deckle sets, make it at school, and utilize the school's materials as best as we can.

By doing this, we help to reduce gas waste produced by shipping, reduce water and material (used paper) waste produced by using insufficient equipment, and because there might be an abundance of unused wood this year (due to online learning for design classes), we think it would be useful to make the most out of that.- Han (Gr11)
