Andrew Gill
Andrew Gill teaches Theory of Knowledge and Design, drawing on a career spanning arts, technology, and education. An Australian educator who graduated in 1993, Andrew has worked in suburban and alternative education settings, First Nations communities, remote Western Australia, China, and Vietnam. He has worked internationally since 2006, the same year he first moved to Ho Chi Minh City. His approach begins with a simple idea: people learn more readily when they feel valued. From there comes greater willingness to take risks, reflect, and grow. Andrew has also worked with elders and students at the KALACC Festival and helped build the culture of a new international school.

Jalhpah Sheth
With more than 14 years of experience across the IB continuum, Jalpa has held a range of leadership roles, including MYP Design Lead, Personal Project Coordinator, and Technology Coach, and is currently completing a Master's in Educational Technology and Instructional Design. An Apple Distinguished Educator and Apple Learning Specialist, Jalpa enjoys supporting teachers through technology integration and innovative teaching practices.

Jonathan Pratt
Jonathan Pratt is committed to inquiry based learning and looking for opportunities for including student interest in teaching. Through the Design curriculum, he strives for students to be in the ideal environment for exploring near endless opportunities for solving problems. Jonathan believes creative thinking and an overall understanding of the world can be strengthened through design.

Luan Nguyen
Luan Nguyen teaches DP Mathematics and Computer Science at ISHCMC. Raised in Melbourne from the age of ten, he initially studied electrical engineering before finding his calling in teaching. He brings experience from the UK and Australia, alongside further study in data science at RMIT. Luan helps students understand what they are learning, what to work on next, and how to make progress. His students are what he enjoys most about teaching, and returning to Vietnam has been a meaningful part of his own story. Outside the classroom, his sporting interests have ranged from judo and ice hockey to badminton and CrossFit.

Richard Meeuws
Richard Meeuws is a Design and Technology educator from the Netherlands, with experience teaching in middle schools, high schools, and higher education. His background spans design, visual arts, photography, film, product design, food design, and technology. Richard’s classroom is hands-on by design. Students make, test, prototype, rethink, and improve, learning that mistakes are part of creating something better. He is especially interested in helping students connect creative ideas with real-world skills and possible future pathways.

Vladimir Simić
Vlad finds joy in the simple pleasure of a good book, which has become a daily practice in mindfulness for him. Reading not only relaxes his mind but also broadens his perspective. Traveling is another passion of his, and he loves exploring new cultures, customs, and cuisines whenever time allows. Spending quality time with friends and making new friendships is important to him because he believes we can learn so much from others. His family time is especially precious, providing a source of happiness and grounding on daily basis.
Professionally, Vlad is dedicated to guiding his students through the exciting world of Design. He finds great fulfillment in teaching, helping his students develop their creative skills and fostering their passion for the subject. Collaborating with colleagues is also a key aspect of his professional life, offering continuous learning opportunities and fresh insights.
