Dean of High School Students
Ms Sarah has extensive experience working in various SLT positions within international schools in Viet Nam and in Hong Kong, as well as her home country - England. Her experience as a Senior Leader has been through the IBDP Coordinator role, leading a Sixth Form, and leading the pastoral systems in a High School. She is passionate in her belief that student welfare is the key which gives every student the opportunity to thrive in life after ISHCMC. Through the culture of care, students will be empowered and energized to lead change and work toward a more just world for all. She has three cats that were all rescued from the streets of Saigon and is devoted to animal welfare.

Robin Paul Klymow

Robin was working in Batam, Indonesia from 2000 and Prior to that he was establishing schools in Vietnam with IB programmes. He has been involved in the IB since 1989 when he moved to Japan, later Malaysia, China, Thailand and Germany. His roles have been quite varied as a teacher first and foremost, but also as an IB Coordinator, Principal, Head of School and Board Member. He guided schools through authorisations and evaluations as well as being a workshop leader, IB consultant and team leader. Most recently he was fortunate to work with staff at Harvard, Project Zero, Turku University Finland and Reggio Emilia. He is married and his wife is also an IB consultant and workshop leader. His daughter is a MYP student currently in Grade 6.

Mr. Withers looks much too young to have two daughters in university and more than 25 years of experience teaching social studies and mathematics. He enjoys learning new things, reading mystery novels, playing cards, golfing, cooking and growing tomatoes.

Robyn Growett is from South Australia. She comes to us with a diverse background. After spending a decade in the agricultural and humanitarian sectors, Robyn decided to switch gears and become an educator. Since then, Robyn has worked as a teacher, Head of Department, Coordinator, and Librarian. Robyn has a passion for helping students reach their full potential, whilst having fun in the classroom, and is looking forward to the year ahead.

Jason is committed to pastoral care and making both his classroom a safe and accommodating place for all students. Jason heartedly believes that a classroom should be a safe, collaborative community that promotes growth and an opportunity to blossom and excel. Jason is of the opinion that an active classroom that is both fun and engaging are keys for children to fulfill their goals. Lessons should be differentiated and customized to meet the needs of each and every student. Classes should incorporate 21st century learning skills that are relevant and challenging.
