What is MyCampusCard?
MyCampusCard is a user-friendly system that enhances the school canteen experience at ISHCMC for both primary and secondary students. Students and Parents will now be able to use their existing ID cards to place orders, while additionally at Primary, EE and KG parents will be able to conveniently pre-order and manage their child's menu in advance. This valuable addition is a direct result of the community's feedback, showcasing our commitment to incorporating practical suggestions that enhance the daily lives of our students and parents.
Parents can also set custom limits on specific food items through the seamless integration with their own ID cards, which are linked to their family account, ensuring a personalized and hassle-free experience.
Please note that, even without the physical card, the system can function seamlessly for students and parents who are registered on the school's database, ensuring a user-friendly and personalized experience for all. Please find an overview of the service below:
Primary Campus Usage
For Grades EE-KG: Convenient Pre-Ordering: MyCampusCard allows you to log in to the system and pre-order your child's menu in advance. You can decide which day your child will have each meal and even set limits on certain foods to accommodate allergies or dietary preferences.
For Grades 1-5: ID cards can now be used to allow for easy ordering at the canteen, and parents receive a report of their child's orders.
Menu Viewing: You can view the menu available for the week in advance, helping you plan your child's meals more effectively.
Top-up / Recharge: Topping up your card can be done in person at Global Cafe or via a bank transfer. (Please remember to include your full name and class code in the bank transfer reference)
Ordering History: Parents can track their child's food ordering history, ensuring transparency, control over their dietary choices, and implement spending limits.
Secondary Campus Usage:
For secondary students: ID cards can now be used to allow for easy ordering at the canteen.
Top-up / Recharge: Topping up your card can be done in person at Global Cafe or via a bank transfer. (Please remember to include your full name and class code in the bank transfer reference)
Rest assured, if your child's MyCampusCard doesn't have sufficient funds, we've got you covered. Our priority is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for both students and parents. In the event that the card balance falls below a certain level, you may receive a notification prompting you to recharge the card. This proactive system allows you to effortlessly manage your child's spending while providing the necessary support to keep their canteen experience uninterrupted. Your convenience and peace of mind are paramount to us.

Near Future Plans
Do note that in the near future, we will look to offer parents an online payment option whereby you will be able to top up your card using credit cards, local ATM cards or online wallets such as Momo. (Please note more information will be shared soon about this upgrade)
