How To Collect Graduation Ticket

There are two convenient options for collecting Graduation tickets.

Tickets will be available for pickup at the Secondary Campus on the following dates and at the location listed below:

Location: Room 106, Ground Floor, Secondary Campus (next to Secondary Reception Office)

Date & Time:

Thursday, 15 May 2025 | 13:30 – 17:30
Friday, 16 May 2025 | 08:00 – 12:00

Parent Collection

Present your ISHCMC Parent Card to our staff
Sign and return the Graduation Ticket Collection Letter
Receive your tickets on the spot

Third-Party Pickup Authorization

Print and sign the Graduation Ticket Collection Letter, found HERE
Complete the Authorization Form with the proxy’s information.
Ensure the person brings their ID and the signed letter to collect the tickets.
