Dear Parents,
It was incredible to see many of you dressed in national costumes and joining the celebrations today as we recognized our diverse and thriving international community. I want to say a big thank you to our PTO and Community Engagement team for making this such a memorable day, and what I'm sure will be another fantastic day tomorrow at World Food Fest. I am very much looking forward to tasting all of the incredible flavors from around the world of ISHCMC. This morning, after the Flag Parade a number of our secondary students stayed at Primary to read to our younger students in Spanish, French, Danish, German, Japanese, Mandarin, and Bahasa as part of International Mother Language day. Today we have truly seen across our campuses, our community spirit and a “Celebration of Cultures”.
I look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow as the celebrations continue, have a restful weekend.
