Dear Parents,
With just two weeks remaining in the School year, our campuses are alive with energy, accomplishments, and significant end-of-year celebrations that remind us of the strength of our community.
Earlier this week, I had the privilege of hosting two Head of School Forums. I was most grateful to Tosca Killoran, Deputy Head of School, and Andy Tay, Managing Director, who joined me to give this update. These meetings afforded a valuable opportunity to share future plans and hear your insights and questions. A summary of the update will be shared before the end of the School year. Your ongoing parental support and engagement is hugely valued and encourages us all to continue to enrich the experience of every student at ISHCMC.

This week also marked the end of examinations for our Grade 9, 10, and 11 students. Well done to all and of course to my colleagues who administered, mark and feedback on performance, as we measure this important academic milestone.
Fun and creativity lit up the magnificent Secondary School stage as our young performers presented their version of Finding Nemo. With warmth, confidence, and an infectious sense of joy, they brought the story to life in a performance that left the audience uplifted and appreciative. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to such a memorable production.

We now turn our attention to this weekend’s Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony at the GEM Center, an exciting and emotional occasion as we celebrate the journey and achievements of our Grade 12 students and mark their transition into life beyond ISHCMC, joining the distinguished ranks of our Alumni community.

Next week promises more moments to come together in celebration. We will honor our Grade 10 students as they complete their MYP journey and enjoy the creative spirit on display through our Art Gala and IPAA Musical Performances at the Primary campus.
Thank you for the role you play in making ISHCMC such a vibrant and connected school community. Let’s make the most of these final days of the academic year together.
Wishing you and your family a relaxing weekend.
Kindest regards,
Marco Longmore
Head of School
