Dear Parents,
Our Primary camps are in full swing with Grade 4 out last week to Can Gio, Grade 5 in Madagui this week and Grade 2 showing just how independent they are at their ISHCMC sleepover on the Primary campus last night. They have all had a lot of fun, built stronger bonds together, and learned important soft skills such as confidence, independence and resilience.

This week we enjoyed visits from Dr Simon Camby, Cognita Group Chief Education Officer and Mark Wenzel, Cognita Asia Director of Education. They have been a great support to us as we pilot a new and improved observation and feedback procedure to further enhance our teaching and learning.
A reminder to all that Monday and Tuesday next week will be staff professional development days and as such these are non-student days. Thank you for your understanding over our commitment to continual professional development for our staff, ensuring we maintain the high standards of teaching and learning that ISHCMC is known for. Students will return back to school on Wednesday 12 March, which also marks the opening night of our IB Diploma Program Arts Exhibition. We invite all families, whether your children are in Kindergarten or Grade 12 to join us in this outstanding showcase of creativity from our Grade 12 arts students. Further details on this below.

I would like to say a sincere thank you to all of the parents who have completed the Voice of Parent Survey, your feedback is invaluable to us.
Warm regards,
Marco Longmore
