Dear Parents,
Last week marked a vibrant national celebration as Vietnam commemorated 50 years since Reunification Day. I hope this important occasion offered your family time to rest, reflect and enjoy the holiday together.
As we return to campus this week, I’m pleased to share that ISHCMC continues to be a place of energy, creativity and growth. I had the privilege of joining the Cognita Asia Leadership Conference gathering in Singapore, where over 100 school and operational leaders came together to exchange ideas and envision innovative ways to enhance our students’ educational experiences. It was an inspiring reminder of the collective commitment we share across our network to nurture thoughtful, future-ready learners.
Back on campus, this week has been dynamic. In Primary, our Grade 4 students stepped into history during A Day of the Nobles, where they researched and presented their favorite historical figures. It was a meaningful opportunity to build knowledge, confidence, and presentation skills in a joyful and creative way.

Yesterday, our Grade 8 students showcased their community projects, thoughtfully addressing real-world issues both within and beyond ISHCMC.

That same evening, the Grade 10 Dance Showcase brought our community together in celebration of movement and self-expression - an uplifting reminder of the power of the arts in education.

Meanwhile, our dedicated student athletes continue to represent ISHCMC in various international competitions with great spirit and sportsmanship.
We also recognize that our IBDP students have entered an important season, with exams well underway and continuing in the weeks ahead. We extend our full support to them during this pivotal time.
Wishing you and your family a restful and joyful weekend ahead.
Kind regards,
Marco Longmore
