We are delighted to remind you that the ISHCMC Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony (organized by ISHCMC) and the Graduation Dinner (hosted by Grade 12 parents) will take place on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

As we prepare to celebrate this important milestone, please review the following information carefully to ensure a smooth and memorable event.

Graduation Ceremony Details

Date: Saturday, 30 May 2026

Time: 16:00–18:30 (Guest arrival from 15:30)

Venue: Grand Castor Ballroom (Floor 5),

GEM Center, 08 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Sai Gon Ward

Please note:

Doors open at 15:30.
Doors close promptly at 16:00.
Should you arrive shortly after, you will have to wait until approximately 16:30 before entrance is allowed. We kindly ask for your understanding as we aim to maintain the integrity of the ceremony.
The graduation ceremony will end at approximately 18:30.

Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal Schedule

Full Rehearsal: Friday, 29 May | 10:00–13:00 | ISHCMC Secondary Gym

Performance Rehearsal:

Friday, 29 May | 13:00–13:30 | ISHCMC Secondary Gym

Saturday, 30 May | 9:00–11:30 | GEM Center

Final Rehearsal (Graduates only): Saturday, 30 May | 14:15–15:15 | GEM Center

Please note the dress code for rehearsals:

Students are required to wear formal attire similar to what they will wear during the ceremony.
White shirts and ties are preferred under gowns.
Students must bring the shoes they intend to wear at the ceremony (black shoes preferred).

Photography, Videography, and Livestream

ISHCMC will have professional photographers and videographers at the ceremony to capture the special moments of the day. During the graduation ceremony, parents may briefly stand to capture moments of their child on stage.

The event will be live-streamed and a full video sent to all graduates after the event concludes. The livestream link will be available on Rhino Hub on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

Please note:

Outside photographers/videographers are not permitted on the premises. Our staff will kindly request that they remain off the venue.

Parking (on-site):

Car: 50,000 VND
Motorcycle: 10,000 VND

Graduation Ceremony Important Reminders

For Graduates:

Be punctual for all rehearsals and the ceremony
Follow dress code guidelines
Bring your own grooming essentials (e.g., hairbrush, pins, gel, tissues)

For Parents:

Dress code: Formal/cocktail attire
Please remember to bring your graduation tickets.
Doors open at 15:30 and close promptly at 16:00. If you arrive shortly after, you will have to wait until approximately 16:30 before entrance is allowed. We will not interrupt the procession of graduates for late arrivals.
If you prepare flowers for your child, please wait until the end of the Ceremony to offer them.

Graduation Dinner

The Graduation Dinner, organized by Grade 12 parents, offers an opportunity for our community to reflect on the journey and mark the beginning of our students’ next chapter as ISHCMC Alumni.

Date: Saturday, 30 May 2026

Time: 19:15–23:00

Location: JW Marriott Saigon, Hai Ba Trung Street, Sai Gon Ward

Price: 2.0 - 2.5 million VND

Please note:

There is no limit to the number of family members you may bring; however, all attendees must be registered in advance. Families are kindly asked to include their graduate in their booking.
