Our Secondary Parent Teacher Student Conferences (PTSC) will take place in October. This is an opportunity for you and your children to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss progress and next steps in learning.

Friday, 09 October 2026 | 08:00–15:30 | Secondary Campus

If you are unable to attend the PTSC during these times, we encourage you to contact teachers through SEQTA to arrange another time.

Registration Information

Bookings are available on a first come, first served basis, with 7-minute meetings offered for each of your child’s teachers.

Students' Learning Updates

Your child’s learning updates will be available on SEQTA on Thursday, 01 October.

Ahead of the conferences, we encourage you to review the learning updates and speak with your child about how they are doing at school.

During the conferences, you may wish to discuss these questions with the teachers:

How is my child progressing?
What can they do to improve?
How can I support them at home?

It’s expected that your child attend PTSC with you so they can be part of the conversation about their learning and next steps.

Translation Support

If needed, please arrange your own translator where possible since limited school support is available.
