Important Updates to Our Parent Systems – Coming August 2026

Over the summer break, ISHCMC will be updating several systems that families use to stay connected with school life. This is simply an update, and no action is required at this time.

These changes are designed to make your experience simpler, faster, and more secure, with easier access to key school platforms, a new parent portal and a new payment platform for the new school year.

What is Changing from August 2026

From August 2026, ISHCMC will move to a new Student Information System and update several parent-facing platforms.

One Login for Most School Platforms

Parents will receive access to a Parent ID Passport, also known as PIPs. This will provide single sign-on access to most parent platforms, reducing the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords.

Introducing: iSAMS

The current PowerSchool Parent Portal will be replaced by iSAMS. This is where parents can access student information, reports, and key updates from ISHCMC. We will provide parents with a detailed set of instructions early in Academic Year 2026–2027

A New Canteen Order and Food Payment Platform

Flexischools will replace MyCampusCard for canteen order and food payment. Flexischools log in will be covered by PIPs. Your current balance from MyCampusCard will automatically sync to Flexischools.

Why are we Making these Changes?

We know that managing several different platforms and logins can be frustrating. These updates are designed to make the parent experience more seamless, improve security, and provide the school with a stronger foundation for communication and day-to-day systems.
