As our Grade 12 students are preparing for their IB exams and future learning adventures, we’re excited to celebrate this significant milestone of our graduating class, ISHCMC Class of 2026.

We invite all Grade 12 parents and families to join us for a series of special events celebrating our graduating students.

Below, you will find key information for the Grade 12 Last Day of School, Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony, and the Graduation Dinner. Please review the details carefully and follow the instructions to register where required.

Grade 12 Last Day of School

At the end of next week, our Grade 12 students will complete their ISHCMC journey, marking the culmination of over 12 years of learning and growth.

We invite all Grade 12 parents to come together to celebrate this special day and recognize the achievements of the Class of 2026.

Date: Friday, 17 April 2026

Time: 09:00–14:00

Location: Various venues on both campuses (see full agenda below)

Event Agenda

Please note:

No registration is required. This event is open to all Grade 12 students and their families.
Please remember to bring your Parent ID Card when attending the event.
The “Clap Out” event on Primary Campus is optional for parents. If you would like to participate, please arrive at the Primary Canteen by 08:50.
To attend the Grade 12 Last Day Assembly, please arrive at the Secondary Gym by 11:00 to secure a seat.

Photography Guidelines

Professional photographers will be on site to capture the event, and photos will be shared with Grade 12 families afterward.

Please do not bring personal or professional photographers to campus, as external photographers will not be permitted entry.

Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony

We are delighted to invite you to the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026, an occasion to recognize and celebrate our students’ accomplishments and successful completion of study.

Date: Saturday, 30 May 2026

Time: 16:00–18:00

Location: Gem Center (8 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)

Event Agenda

Please note:

Guests are expected to arrive before 16:00, as the ceremony will begin promptly.
To respect the graduation procession, guests arriving after 16:00 will be asked to wait until 16:30 before entering the venue.

Ticket Registration

To attend the Graduation Ceremony, please register for tickets by Friday, May 8 2026.

Important ticket information:

Tickets for the Graduation Ceremony are free of charge, and there are no additional fees required.
Families can reserve a maximum of 4 tickets (excluding graduates).
Requests for additional tickets will be considered based on availability.
All families must complete the registration form before requesting extra tickets.
Any remaining tickets will be allocated to families who have submitted additional requests.

Class of 2026 Graduation Dinner

Join us for one more special celebration together at the Graduation Dinner, held immediately after the ceremony, as our Class of 2026 marks their first evening as ISHCMC Alumni.

Location: JW Marriott Saigon, Hai Ba Trung Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
