As our Grade 12 students are approaching the end of their learning journey at ISHCMC and preparing to embark on their next adventures, we’re excited to celebrate this significant milestone with a series of events for our graduating class, ISHCMC Class of 2026.


We invite all Grade 12 families to these special events. Below, you will find key information for the Grade 12 Last Day of School, Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony, and the Graduation Dinner. Please review the details carefully and follow the instructions to register where required.


Grade 12 Last Day of School


Our Grade 12 students will complete their last day of school at ISHCMC, marking the culmination of more than 12 years of learning and growth.


Join us in celebrating this special milestone and the achievements of the Class of 2026.


Date: Friday, 17 April 2026

Time: 09:00–14:00

Location: Various venues on both campuses

Please note:

  • No registration is required, and all Grade 12 families are welcome.

  • Please bring your Parent ID Card.

  • Parents joining the optional Primary Clap Out should arrive at the Primary Canteen by 08:50, and those attending the Last Day Assembly should arrive at the Secondary Gym by 11:00.


Photography Guidelines

Professional photographers will be on site to capture the event, and photos will be shared with Grade 12 families afterward.


Please do not bring personal or professional photographers to campus, as external photographers will not be permitted entry.


Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony


Come together for the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026, an occasion to recognize and celebrate our students’ accomplishments and successful completion of study.


Date: Saturday, 30 May 2026

Time: 16:00–18:30

Location: Gem Center (8 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Sai Gon Ward)


Event Agenda



Please note: 

  • Guests are expected to arrive before 16:00, as the ceremony will begin promptly.

  • To respect the graduation procession, guests arriving after 16:00 will be asked to wait until 16:30 before entering the venue.

  • The ceremony will conclude with a 30-minute reception at the venue before continuing on to the Graduation Dinner (hosted by Grade 12 parents) or your own celebration.


Ticket Registration

To attend the Graduation Ceremony, please register for tickets by 17:00 on Friday, 08 May 2026.



Important ticket information:

  • Tickets for the Graduation Ceremony are free of charge.

  • Families can reserve a maximum of 4 tickets (excluding graduates).

  • Tickets can be collected from Ms. Linh at the Secondary Office on 13 May (13:30–16:30) and 14 May (08:00–12:00).

  • If needed, families may request additional tickets via the form. Please note that requests for additional tickets will be considered based on availability, and we will try our best to accommodate requests after seating arrangement is finalized.

  • For remaining tickets, families who have submitted requests will receive an email/phone call before 13 May and can collect them on the same day.


Class of 2026 Graduation Dinner


It’s our last time together, a meaningful reminder of how special this moment is for the Class of 2026.


The Graduation Dinner, organized by Grade 12 parents, offers an opportunity for our community to reflect on the journey and mark the beginning of our students’ next chapter as ISHCMC Alumni.


Date: Saturday, 30 May 2026

Time: 19:15–23:00

Location: JW Marriott Saigon (Hai Ba Trung Street, Sai Gon Ward)

Price: Approximately 2.0 - 2.5 million VND


There is no limit to the number of family members you may bring, and families are kindly asked to include their graduate in their booking.
