Message from the High School Principal – 7 August 2026

Dear ISHCMC Middle School Families,

To our returning families, welcome back. To those joining ISHCMC for the first time, a very warm welcome to our community. At ISHCMC, we value curiosity, achievement, resilience, empathy, and inclusion, creating an environment where every student is known, supported, challenged, and able to thrive.

I’m Kohulan Jeganathan, and I’m proud to join ISHCMC as your new High School Principal.

A new school year is a fresh start, and we want to begin it together. Our leadership team and teachers have been on campus preparing for the start of the year, onboarding new staff, and making sure everything is ready for a fantastic start. As always, our commitment to excellence remains strong, and I am confident this year will bring continued growth, achievement, and meaningful connections.

Keeping accurate attendance records helps us ensure every student is safe, known, and supported. If your child is going to be absent from school, please let us know as soon as possible.

You can report an absence through either of the following:

• SEQTA Parent Engage → Absence → New Absence (preferred method)

Please include:

• Student’s full name

• Roll group

• Date(s) of absence
