Mr. Andrew Parlby, known by our students as Mr. P, has signed up for The Heart Of Darkness Brewery‘s Mekong Challenge, which is attempting to raise 50,000 USD to support Saigonchildren. Andrew shares on his fundraising adventure below:

"Hi, I am Andrew Parlby, or as most of my students call me, Mr. P. I signed up to The Heart Of Darkness Mekong Challenge, which is attempting to raise 50,000 USD for Saigon Children. As a keen cyclist, the obvious challenge for me was to sign on for the cycling challenge of 904 km from the middle of November until the 15th of January.

I joined this challenge as I met one of the organizers through one of the cycling groups that I have joined since moving to Ho Chi Minh in July 2021 and as a career teacher, I have always been about helping children and through Saigon Children, I am hoping to be able to make a difference to some of the children that this great organization will support.

Please show your support by donating via the link to my page and I will try to complete as many kilometres as I can by the 15th January 2022. I am currently at 1545.96 km, since the 15th November. I am hoping to add another 220 kms this week."
