Dear Primary Families,

Please find below the key information for After School Activities - Season 1 registration.

Season 1 Key Dates

• August 25, 07:00 - SchoolsBuddy opens for parent sign-up

• August 29, 16:00 - SchoolsBuddy closes. After this, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation email from SchoolsBuddy

• 8 September - Clubs and Activities Season 1 begins

• 14 November - Clubs and Activities Season 1 ends

Registration Process

You can complete registration on the SchoolsBuddy platform by following the step-by-step guide provided.

Important Notes

SchoolsBuddy does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, registration follows a preference-based selection system to ensure fairness for all students. The time you submit your preferences will not impact the confirmation of your child’s activities.

Preferences: Parents can select three after-school activities for their child each day. Activities are ranked by preference:

• 1 = most preferred

• 2 = next preferred

• 3 = least preferred

Please use the number 1 to indicate the activity your child would most enjoy.

Automatic Allocation: SchoolsBuddy assigns activities based on preferences, space availability, schedule compatibility, and other student choices. This ensures a fair and balanced allocation process.
