The ISHCMC Voice of the Parent Survey, conducted by Cognita, is launching on Tuesday, 03 March 2026. This survey offers the opportunity for you to confidentially share your thoughts and directly influence our continuous improvements, directions, and decisions on all aspects of school life.

To give you a better understanding about the Voice of the Parent Survey, we have prepared a list of frequently asked questions.

  1. What is the Voice of the Parent Survey?

Cognita’s Voice of the Parent Survey is an effective platform for our school to gather feedback from our parents, covering all aspects of their experience at ISHCMC. Responses are kept confidential and are only viewable by the leadership teams at ISHCMC and Cognita.

  1. When will the survey be sent out?

The survey will be sent to each family directly by Cognita on 03 March 2026. Watch out for the email from ishcmc@euro.confirmit.com containing the survey link.

Please check your promotion or junk/spam folder in case the email has been misplaced.

Each family will receive one survey link. Should both parents/guardians like to provide feedback, please contact community@ishcmc.com so we can generate another survey link for you.

  1. How does my voice impact ISHCMC decisions and direction?

Our community's voice is an important part of our school's continuous improvement. At ISHCMC, we use a ‘community voice feedback loop’ that guides the steps that we take in response to our community's voice. Voice of the Parent is one of our feedback gathering tools and we encourage you to get involved.

  1. How do I participate in the Voice of the Parent Survey?

Step 1: Look out for the confirmation email from ishcmc@euro.confirmit.com. This email will contain the survey link.

Step 2: Choose your preferred language among English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin and complete the survey in your chosen language.

Step 3: Provide your feedback and comments to support your score. There is a scale of 0–10 which represents your level of satisfaction. The responses to this scale will provide the school areas that you believe we are being successful in and those that require attention for improvement.

Please see a guide to scoring below. We would like to draw your attention in particular to the 0–10 scale which indicates your response to the question: 10-9 Positive, 8-7 Passive, 6 and below Negative. Please be honest with us on your reflections for good, bad, or in between but also use the full range of scores to indicate this clearly.

  1. What impact does this survey have?

The results of this survey make a significant contribution to the direction of how our school looks to improve our educational and community experience. Please note that the feedback, suggestions, and ideas become woven into both our ongoing short and long term plans.

  1. Will our community receive the results?

We are committed to being transparent with our community. In the weeks following the survey closing, we will collate and discuss the feedback obtained with the relevant leaders at ISHCMC. Themes and trends will be identified across the divisions of school life, which will be published to our community.

The Voice of the Parent Survey is an important opportunity for our community to come together in partnership. Your feedback helps us reflect on what we are doing well, identify where we can grow, and ensure that our decisions continue to serve the best interests of our students and families.

We encourage every family who receives the survey on 03 March to take a few moments to share your perspective. Your voice is valued, your insights matter, and your participation strengthens our shared commitment to continuous improvement at ISHCMC.
