Welcoming Our New Leaders

We're pleased to welcome several new members to our leadership team. Bringing a wealth of experience in international education, a deep commitment to student learning and well-being, and diverse perspectives from around the world, these leaders will help shape the next chapter of our school community. Together with our faculty and staff, they will continue to foster an environment where every student is known and cared for, challenged, and making meaningful progress.

Get to know our newest leadership members:

Anthony Mulson - Middle School Principal

Originally from Michigan in the United States, Anthony brings more than a decade of leadership experience across IB, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), Advanced Level (A-Levels), and U.S. curricula. He has spent the past twelve years in Shanghai, China, serving as Director of Teaching and Learning at YK Pao Middle School and most recently as Assistant Head at Dulwich International High School Suzhou, where he also earned his National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) qualification.

He is particularly passionate about the middle years and about building cultures of achievement grounded in character, community, and confidence.

Kohulan Jeganathan - High School Principal

A University of Toronto graduate, Kohulan brings extensive international experience and a strong commitment to the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy. He has served as International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator, Deputy Head of Secondary, and Deputy Head Academic, with leadership experience in Bogotá, Colombia and most recently ten years in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 

He is passionate about inclusive, student-centered learning and supporting students to grow as compassionate, global-minded young people. Kohulan will be joining ISHCMC with his wife, an educator specializing in Korean and English as an Additional Language (EAL) and their two young children.

Sam Diamond - Parent Experience & Admissions Director

Sam joins ISHCMC as a highly experienced marketing and growth leader, bringing over 20 years of international experience across education, digital platforms, and global brands. He has held senior leadership roles in leading organizations, including the British International School Cairo and Brighton College Bangkok. His career also includes a distinguished background with global brands and digital platforms, including Nestlé, Sainsbury’s, Sky Sports, Gumtree, and ClearScore.

As we begin a new academic year, we are excited for the vision, expertise, and collaboration our new leaders will bring to ISHCMC. We warmly welcome them to the ISHCMC community and look forward to the positive impact they will make in the years ahead.
