What You Need To Know About ASAs in Primary

Dear Primary Families,

Thank you for joining us for Season 1 of our After-School Activities (ASAs) program. Once you have received your booking confirmation from SchoolsBuddy, you can view your child’s full ASA schedule directly on the platform.

Please take a moment to review carefully all the key information for Season 1.

Season 1 Duration

Dates: September 8 – November 14, 2025

Length: 9 weeks

Student Pick-Up After Clubs & Activities

KG to Grade 5

Activity Time: 15:15 - 16:00 (some sports end at 16:15)

Pick-Up Location: Cafeteria area

Action: Please arrive on time to collect your child when the ASA concludes.

EE4

Activity Time: 15:00 - 15:45

Pick-Up Location: Directly from the activity venue (see SchoolsBuddy)

Action: Please collect your child promptly.

School Bus Service

Students registered for the school bus will depart at 16:30 after their activity concludes.

Please note: The bus service is not available for EE4 students enrolled in ASAs.

Payment Information

Payment Deadline: Within 1 week of receiving the confirmation email

Payment Method: The online payment system will be available within 24 hours. Please click this link to view detailed instructions.
