Your Streamlined IT Access Guide for Academic Year 2026 - 2027

As we begin Academic Year 2026 - 2027, we are committed to providing a more streamlined, secure, and intuitive digital experience for every family.

To simplify your school life, our IT team has designed the new Parent ID Passport (PIPS) system specifically to enhance and streamline the digital experience. This single sign-on solution powers your access to the new iSAMS Parent Portal, Toddle, SEQTA, SchoolsBuddy, and Flexischools, replacing multiple login requirements with just one simple step.

The information below serves as your guide to these upgraded platforms.

Getting Started: Your First Login

To begin accessing our school platforms, your main gateway is the iSAMS Parent Portal. Please follow these steps to get set up:

1. Visit the Portal

Go to the iSAMS Parent Portal.

• Please use a Web Browser on your computer for this first login.

• Use your registered email address and password to sign in.

2. Access Other Apps

Once you have logged into iSAMS, look for the School Information menu and select School Apps. This is your dashboard where you can find links to all our parent apps.

Depending on your child's grade level, you will primarily use one of the following systems:

• For Early Years (EE) – Grade 5: Toddle for information regarding learning and portfolios.

• For Grade 6 – Grade 12: SEQTA Engage for timetables and reports

Please note:

• Flexischools will become our new platform for canteen services (replacing MyCampusCard).

• Magnus Health will remain separate from PIPS. You can continue to access it using your existing email address and password.

• Secondary parents and students must complete the following documents before the first day of school:

  • Parents: Please sign the Device Agreement.

  • Students: Please sign the Student Technology Agreement.
