The main premise of Craig’s educational philosophy is one of lifelong learning. Craig’s aim is to provide each and every student with a learning experience that is challenging and yet achievable, through differentiated and collaborative work, since it is only by pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones that we can evolve, and it is only through success that we can become confident in our abilities.

Andrew Gill
Andrew Gill teaches Theory of Knowledge and Design, drawing on a career spanning arts, technology, and education. An Australian educator who graduated in 1993, Andrew has worked in suburban and alternative education settings, First Nations communities, remote Western Australia, China, and Vietnam. He has worked internationally since 2006, the same year he first moved to Ho Chi Minh City. His approach begins with a simple idea: people learn more readily when they feel valued. From there comes greater willingness to take risks, reflect, and grow. Andrew has also worked with elders and students at the KALACC Festival and helped build the culture of a new international school.

Ashwitha operationalizes an ‘education philosophy statement’ as her purpose in a classroom. Ashwitha’s aims/goals are to cultivate an environment that facilitates respectful dialogue between all members of a classroom and encourage students to apply theoretical knowledge gained in class to real-life circumstances of a student
